Winter Warmer - Brussel Sprout Stalk

Roasted Brussels Sprouts on the Stalk

45 minutes

Total Time: 50 minutes

Roast the whole stalk then cut off the individual brussel sprouts after they´re cooked

Ingredients:


Brussels sprouts stalk
Olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
Salt & pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190c.

Place brussels sprout stalk on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper.

Roast for about 45 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking for even browning.

Once sprouts are browned and tender, remove from the oven.

Let cool slightly, then cut off individual brussels sprouts.

Serve on their own as a side dish or on a salad.
